May 24 Memorial weekend kick-off-The Buddy Scott Blues Band: So Kenny tells me “yea I’m 90% sure we can do it but, ya know were a bunch of old guys and ya know how Sunday after noon is for old guys” Come see how the old guys kick some blues!!!
June 7: Two For the Road: acoustic guitar original tunes and covers, bluegrass, contemporary
June 21: Summer Solstice Jo Anne Peterson cellist and Michael Quinn, guitar: Playing original tunes and covers in original roots rock style. Come celebrate the Solstice! Their last hurrah before they travel to Cairo, Egypt!
July 5: Badger Colish: playing guitar in the style of the late Michael Hedges. Fluttering riffs, intricate melodies
July 19: Greg Tiburzi & Eric Rahme: playing original compositions and covers in the folk/ country genre
July 26: Blueberry Fest Weekend—Spotted Mule: Celebrate the fruit that made Iron River famous! Great fun all over town.
August 9: Joe Lindzius and Russ Darwin: playing original tunes and covers on acoustic guitar. These guys are local favorites and love to have folks sit in for a tune or more. Bring your instruments!
August 23: Sara York and Clancy Ward: Old Time, bluegrass, country/folk on fiddle, banjo and guitar. Hard to believe there is talent like this in the north woods playing original compositions and old time mountain music
Sept 6: Labor day Emergency Pig Out!!!! Join us for our wrap up week end with roast pork, ribs, brisket, brats, dogs and sides! We start cooking about midnight so we’ll be ready for you ! Food starts at 11:30, Music starts at 12. All proceeds to benefit the Iron River area emergency services.
