Black Mead- A dryer, light bodied, fruity mead made from black currants and honey. Earthy and tangy from the currants, slightly spicy from American Oak aging. Serve as you would any dry red wine at room temperature. Dryness of a Pinot Noir.
Alcohol- 11.5-12.5% ABV

Food Pairing- Lamb, smoked meats and fish, wild game such as venison, duck and turkey
